Who we are
Schengen Advice (schengenadvice.com) is a private referral service based in Westford, Massachusetts, USA ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@schengenadvice.com.
What we collect
- What you enter in the form: your name, mobile number, email address (optional), passport nationality, main destination, travel timing, number of travellers and whether you live in the UAE.
- Technical data that comes with your visit: the ad click identifier and campaign details in the page address (for example, which search term showed our ad), the page you came from, and cookies set by the Google Ads tag.
Why we use it
- To arrange the free consultation you ask for.
- To measure which of our ads bring useful requests, so we can improve or stop them.
Who receives your details
With your consent, we pass your form details to one partner: a visa services company licensed in the United Arab Emirates and based in Dubai. Its visa specialist uses them to contact you about your request by phone, WhatsApp or email. Once the company contacts you, it handles your details under its own privacy policy, and it can tell you its name and policy at any time.
We also use service providers that store or process data for us: Google (Google Sheets, Gmail and Google Ads) and Cloudflare (website hosting). We do not pass your details to anyone else. We may receive a referral fee from the partner company.
Where your data is stored
Our records are stored with Google and Cloudflare, mainly in the United States. The partner company is in the United Arab Emirates.
How long we keep it
We keep form records for up to 12 months and then delete them. If you ask us to delete your details earlier, we do so within 30 days.
Your choices and rights
- You can withdraw your consent at any time. We then stop passing your details on and delete our copy.
- You can ask us for a copy of your details, or ask us to correct or delete them.
- To do any of this, email hello@schengenadvice.com from the address you used, or tell us your mobile number.
Cookies
The Google Ads tag on this site sets cookies to measure whether a visit after an ad click leads to a request. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the form still works.
Age
This service is for adults. A parent or guardian can request a consultation for a family trip.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
